The Cyber Capstone course consists of five lessons along with corresponding labs and class activities. Upon successful completion of this course, students will have demonstrated that they can identify the hardware and software required to build a personal computer and then build that computer. They also will have demonstrated that they can design and build a secure network that uses both wired and wireless connections. Lastly, they will have participated in both individual and group presentations of design solutions. This course starts with identifying and using cables, then goes into how to connect cables, then how to connect cables and devices. The course includes tests and interactive media to keep engagement.
