A Knowledge partner (KP) is an important entity/ component in the entire process of E-aggregator portal (e-Skill India Portal). Knowledge partner (KP) provides the content for various Topics/ Sectors/Sub-sectors/ QP’s which will enable the user/learner to enhance their skills in the selected area of specialization.

Knowledge Partner Process Flow

Sign up Process

• Register to eSkill India Portal via Sign-up as Knowledge partner link or the “Become a Knowledge Partner link”
• Upload the verification documents (e.g. Pan card, GST documents, sample course content, etc.)
• Read the terms and conditions and agreements and submit the online registration form
• Upon Admin’s approval sign-in to eSkill India portal

Course Catalogue Updation

• Course can be from any of the varied sectors and can be rendered in different languages
• Upload a synopsis of the courses offered via the ‘Create Course Catalogue’ option.
• Provide the link to the course content and any FAQs if required
• The candidate is seamlessly redirected to the Knowledge Partners site from the eSkill India Portal

Candidate Tracking/ monitoring

• Track the progress of the enrolled candidates using candidate id and feed it to the eSkill India via APIs
• Conduct assessments or provide certifications( if applicable )
• Report the course completion status to eSkill India via a simple API
• Access the dashboard for various stats and reports based on candidate enrollment
