RUBBER CHEMICAL PETROCHEMICAL SKILL DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL

The development of skills for the rubber, chemical & petrochemical industry is one of the most critical issues faced today. These sectors struggle a demand & supply mismatch, as the industry needs a more 'skilled' workforce than what is available today. Therefore, understanding the challenges of manpower and its impact on the Rubber, Chemical & Petrochemical industries, Rubber, Chemical and Petrochemical Skill Development Council (RCPSDC), a Sector Skill Council exclusively dedicated for the entire Rubber, Chemical & Petrochemical sector was set up by the All India Rubber Industries Association (AIRIA) & Automotive Tyre Manufacturers Association (ATMA) in collaboration with the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) and under the Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, to focus on skill development and the training needs of these sectors by offering vocational education to the youth for the different rubber, chemical & petrochemical courses. RCPSDC's affiliated training partners are conducting various training programs as per the requirement of the rubber, chemical & petrochemical industry with various employers across the country.
