This is a certificate course on Management Basics, learning through family business. You may be having your own family’s business. In that case it will be ideal to use the context of that business for this course.

Description

After each video session, you will need to talk with the owner of the business. For example, the first session is about how a business starts and how it evolves through ups and downs. After the session you will talk to the owner of the business you have chosen, to understand from them how their business started, and evolved. This will give you first hand practical understanding of this aspect. After the discussion you need to submit a note about your understanding to a mentor. You can talk to the business owner and if he is ready, you can make him the mentor or if you want AIFMB can provide you a mentor. The mentor will clarify to you and approve your submission. Only after that you will be able to go to the next chapter. Thus, please identify a business that you will study during the course a mentor to whom you will submit the assignment and get his approval. In case you want AIFMB to provide a mentor you can request so by sending a mail to merchantpr@gmail.com
