In this module participants will be introduced to a general process for faculty and instructor evaluations. While each institution’s process is different, the component of most evaluations include: the purpose of the evaluation, the frequency of evaluations, the mode of evaluations and the post evaluation process. This is a self-paced course where you will review 17 pages to take you through your first faculty evaluation. The course discusses the purpose of the evaluation, different ways that an evaluation can occur. Finally the course takes you through what should be done after the evaluation has been completed and you are provided the feedback. This course contains activities to assist in your understanding of the topic.
