Discussed in the module are: The rising global dependence on oil and the need for new technologies to fuel transportation. Emerging technologies being highly considered to replace oil such as electric, hybrid electric, and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. The advantages and disadvantages of each technology. A comparison of the carbon footprint of each technology in writing and charts.
